GraTrack is a subscription based software as a service (SaaS) product, priced via three tier levels on an annual basis.\u00a0Whether the concept is quick service, fast casual, full service, fine dining or all of these under one roof GraTrack is a vital restaurant management software that will save you hours each week. GraTrack’s pricing structure makes gratuity management software affordable for all sizes of business. GraTrack’s process calculates employee tip income to be paid with your standard payroll intervals and methods such as direct deposit, printed check or payroll card, The success of receiving periodic accrued tips on payroll are highlighted in our FOH & BOH Benefits Video<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Included in the subscription is implementation planning, configuration consultation, support, updates, and access to secure content.<\/p>\n

Tier 1\u00ad <\/strong><\/h4>\n

$399 per site <\/strong><\/p>\n

($7.67 weekly*)<\/strong><\/p>\n

This level accommodates small restaurants, quick service and\/or fast casual environments. To qualify for this pricing the restaurant must have 20 or less total employees and not more than two tip pools.<\/p>\n

Tier 2\u00ad <\/strong><\/h4>\n

$699 per site <\/strong><\/p>\n

Tier 2 is for intermediate level restaurants in which no limit on pools is imposed or smaller establishments with a complex pool structure. Supports up to 49 restaurant wide<\/em><\/strong> employees.<\/p>\n

Tier 3\u00ad<\/strong><\/h4>\n

$699 introductory year<\/b><\/p>\n

(estimated $950 – $1899 max upon renewal or estimated $18.26 – $36.51 weekly*)<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n

Tier 3 is for larger enterprise establishments, it has a sliding scale pricing model that adjusts based on total gratuity revenue allocated.<\/p>\n

If the restaurant employs 50 or more restaurant wide<\/em><\/strong> employees, upon consecutive year renewals, a pricing adjustment is applied to the invoice.<\/p>\n

To account for seasonal fluctuations in staffing GraTrack counts the number of active payroll employees each calendar month; If the average count over the year equals 50+ Tier 3 is activated and a price adjustment of .12% (.0012) of tip income tracked for the prior 12 months is added to the base subscription price.<\/p>\n

Example: if $500,000 of tip income is allocated by GraTrack a surcharge of $600 is added, totaling $1299. There is a cap on this price adjustment of $1200. Once you surpass $1,000,000 in tip income no additional charge is applied, for a maximum price of $1899<\/p>\n

Loyalty Discount<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Upon 5 years of service a discount of 15% is applied.<\/p>\n

Multi-Unit Pricing<\/strong><\/h4>\n

All tier levels are based on a per location basis, not company wide employee size.<\/p>\n

GraTrack offers its software as a donation to qualifying organizations providing a community service.<\/p>\n

* GraTrack is billed annually, weekly prices are posted to compare the cost of GraTrack vs admin labor costs associated with cash management, tip tracking compliance record keeping, and\/or manual spreadsheet to payroll business process.
